OUR WEBSITE Is powered by Shopify, a trusted system that handles millions of transactions. We accept payment through PayPal and credit card payments. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS First Class (estimated to take 3-7 business days to arrive) on most items and Priority Flat Rate on bigger items. International orders ship First Class. These orders cannot be tracked once they leave the USA. International orders can take 2-8 weeks to arrive at their destination. Times vary by destination, so allow wiggle room when ordering.

Please ensure your information and shipping address are correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages shipped to the wrong address. If you would like to ship as a gift to a friend, please leave a note on your order! We will ship to the address you provide.

**Please note, your order may arrive in several different packages. If you need them sent in one package, please notify us! **

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, The Creative Raccoon has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states, "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. 

CUSTOM ORDER INFO.

For us to process your order promptly, we require information for custom orders to be provided at checkout. If any details are missing, we will follow up, but this will delay the processing time of your order. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns. However, we stand behind our products, and any quality issues will be dealt with to your satisfaction, through repairs or replacements.

Personalized Items: If you are unsure of the font for your personalized item, please leave a note in the cart requesting a proof, and we can send one for approval before production. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds based on font variations.

NOT reading the listing, not reviewing the pictures, and not asking questions about the product does not mean the item is “Not as expected”. 

*** If you are unsure about what you are purchasing, please message us first. The Creative Raccoon will not be processing returns for people who picked the cheaper option and thought they were receiving a FULL set. Check the listing pictures, the option you picked, and the descriptions for more information. the 

Rail Covers may not have matching ties. Please look at the pictures & the description for more information, or message us if you are unsure. Most items can be customized and colors changed. 

Crib Skirts - 3-sided crib skirts will have a "fuzzy" edge on the back side that has a zigzag stitch over it. This edge will not fray after washing, UNLESS YOU CUT IT!

If you are issued a refund, the original shipping cost will NOT be refunded. Items must be returned. You PAY to ship the items back to us. 

* Please be extra careful when opening your package so your items don’t get damaged. 

** Stitching not being straight in a few places can happen and is not considered a defect! Unless it’s overly crooked!  

Production begins once payment is received, so there can be no cancellations after this point. If you make a mistake while placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to get it corrected for you.

COLORS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY.

Please understand that colors on computer monitors may differ, and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies. Feel free to contact us before an order is placed if you need more information regarding the color of an item. We do offer to custom print swatches if you need to be 100% certain on colors before placing an order.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

We rely on USPS tracking to determine if a package is lost or missing. If your package goes off the radar for 30 days, we will contact USPS and file a lost package claim. 

** The Creative Raccoon is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance is available upon request.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately! We will see if we can help you.

MARKED AS DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered by the USPS, but it is "not received" by you, please contact your local post office and also check with neighbors, roommates & family members to see if they have seen your package. We CANNOT contact your local post office for you. Speaking directly to your mail carrier is super helpful. We trust the USPS to do their job, and our customers to be honest with us about their merchandise.
