A few words about the customer service, shipping procedures and policies:

  • We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your information or email address with anyone.
  • Our site is powered by Shopify, a trusted system that handles millions of transactions. We accept payment through PayPal and credit card payments. 
  • We ship via USPS First class (estimated to take 3-7 business days to arrive) on most items and Priority Flat Rate on bigger items. International orders ship First Class. These orders cannot be tracked once they leave the USA. International orders can take 2-8 weeks for them to arrive at their destination. Times vary by destination so allow wiggle room when ordering.
  • Please ensure your information and shipping address is correct at check out. We cannot take responsibility for packages shipped to the wrong address. If you would like to ship as a gift to a friend, please leave a note on your order! We will ship to the address you provide.
  • In order for us to processes your order in a timely manner, we require information for custom orders to be provided at check out. If any details are missing, we will follow up, but this will delay the processing time on your order. 
  • Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. All items in my shop are made to order. Personalized items, custom crib bedding, quilts and sale items are not returnable or refundable unless there is an error on our end. If you receive an item with an error, please contact us immediately! 
  • To request a refund on an order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If approved for a return and refund, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and assumes the responsibility if the item goes missing in transit. Once the item is received and it is in unused and original packaging the refund with be processed. Please contact us before returning an item. 
  • We rely on USPS tracking to determine if a package is lost or missing. If your package goes off the radar for 30 days, we can offer you a replacement or refund depending on the availability of the product. 
  • If your package is marked as delivered by the USPS, but it is "not received" please contact your post office and check with neighbors, roommates & family members to see if they have seen your package. Speaking directly to your mail carrier is super helpful. We trust the USPS to do their job and our customers to be honest with us about their merchandise. 
  • If an item arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately!
  • Colors might show differently on your computer, mobile phone or tablet.
