Do we do custom orders?

Yes!  We love custom orders! Just message or email hello@thecreativeraccoon.com with your custom requests.
All made-to-order sets are considered custom orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our items are made to order and typically take 3–10 business days for production, with shipping times ranging from 4–10 days. This includes products like car seat accessories, fabric, minky blankets, crib sheets, change pad covers, curtains, pillows, diaper bags, swaddle sets, car seat covers, and art prints.

Please note that patchwork blankets, comforter-style blankets, some minky & cotton blankets, crib rail covers, some sheets, some car seat covers, crib skirts, and other bedding items take a bit longer due to their more detailed construction. These items usually require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Please note that memory quilts, bears, pillows and other memory keepsakes take a bit longer due to them being custom items. After I receive your clothing items, the processing times start. It's usually 2-3 weeks for production, but it could be longer depending on the quantity of items sent. I will email you after I receive your items.

Can I change colors, fabric designs, sizes, and other aspects of the items?

Yes, message me with your ideas. For most items, I can send you a mockup of what it will look like with the changes.

How do I care for my items?

Bedding items, car seat accessories, blankets, memory quilts - machine wash in cold water, tumble dry on low heat


All other items - curtains, valances- should be machine-washed on a delicate cycle and hung to dry.
Use gentle detergent.


Do not iron on the minky side of blankets.

Memory bears - Spot clean as needed.

Can I choose the minky color for the back side of my blanket or crib comforter?

Yes, for most blankets, quilts & crib comforters you can pick a color from the listing or request a custom color.

Some blankets only come with a white backside. They will be noted in the listing.
